Rør System is well under way in its work to become Eco-Lighthouse (Miljøfyrtårn) certified. The certification is a natural extension of the broad set of approvals and quality schemes the company already has in place.

Part of a broad certification foundation

Eco-Lighthouse adds to certifications and approvals such as ISO 9001 for quality management, insurance-approved design and installation of sprinkler systems (FG-Kontroll), central approval for execution and design, master craftsman certification, approved welding procedures to ISO 15607 and StartBANK registration. Together these document that we deliver with control over quality, safety and responsibility.

What an Eco-Lighthouse certification means

Eco-Lighthouse is a recognised Norwegian environmental certification. It sets concrete requirements for areas such as waste handling, recycling, procurement and structured environmental management, and requires annual reporting of environmental figures and improvement measures. For customers this means documented environmental work – not just good intentions.

Stronger when competing for contracts

More and more developers and partners require environmental and sustainability documentation in tenders. With Eco-Lighthouse and our other certifications in place, Rør System meets these requirements and stands stronger when competing for more and larger contracts.
