What personal data do we collect?
We collect data in the following situations:
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number and message content.
- Booking: time slot, contact details and any stated preferences.
- Website visits (with your consent only): anonymised IP address, pages visited, time spent on each page, device type and browser — via Google Analytics 4.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, religion, political views, etc.).
Purposes and legal basis
Contact forms and bookings are processed in order to handle your enquiry or appointment. The legal basis is performance of a contract or legitimate interests under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f).
Statistics via Google Analytics 4 are processed only on the basis of your consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a). You may withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie banner on the website.
Marketing (future advertising via Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Snapchat Ads) will only be activated on the basis of your explicit consent. No marketing tracking is currently active.

We use cookies to store your consent choice and — with your consent — for statistics and future marketing.

Sharing with third parties
We do not share personal data with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the website. Relevant data processors:
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics, Google Search Console and future Google Ads) — a data processing agreement is in place. Data may be transferred to the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd — (future) Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- TikTok Technology Limited — (future) TikTok advertising.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd — (future) Microsoft Advertising.
- Snap Inc. — (future) Snapchat advertising.
We never sell personal data to third parties.
Retention periods
- Contact form enquiries: deleted after 12 months.
- Analytics data: stored for a maximum of 14 months in Google Analytics.
- Your cookie consent choices: stored locally in your browser until you clear browser data or withdraw consent.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you (Art. 15).
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16).
- Erasure — request deletion of your data (‘right to be forgotten’, Art. 17).
- Restriction — request that processing be restricted in certain circumstances (Art. 18).
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
- Data portability — request that your data be transferred to another service provider (Art. 20).
