Kirkegata 32 is a rehabilitation of a hotel building centrally located in Oslo. Rør-System carries out a complete full pipe contract with sanitary systems, heating, cooling and sprinkler. Hotel rehabilitation projects are demanding, with a very high number of sanitary points per floor, strict requirements for Legionella prevention in hot water systems and the need for coordination with hotel operations to minimise downtime and noise for guests.
