Skippergata 3 is a rehabilitated office building in central Oslo, located near Oslo Central Station and Aker Brygge. Rør System AS was responsible for the full pipe contract in connection with the upgrading of the building's technical systems.

The project included installation of a new sanitary system, heating system and complete sprinkler system in accordance with current fire regulations. Rehabilitation projects place particular demands on coordination with existing structures, which Rør System resolved through thorough pre-project planning and experienced project management.
