Gas Suppression Systems
Gas suppression can be appropriate for technical rooms, switchboard rooms, UPS systems, data centres, archives, control rooms and other objects where downtime or secondary damage must be minimised.

Inert gas and chemical gas
We evaluate inert gas (for example IG-541) and chemical gases (for example FK-5-1-12) based on the object, risk, room volume, personal safety, enclosure integrity, pressure relief and applicable regulations.
We do not claim that gas is always better than sprinkler. The right solution depends on the object — gas is correct where the conditions dictate it, not as a universal choice.
Enclosure integrity and hold time
For gas suppression systems, room enclosure integrity and hold time are decisive. This must be documented and forms part of the engineering and commissioning work.
