Process piping systems place the strictest demands on precision, documentation and material selection.
Rør System performs process piping installation for industry, food production, pharmaceutical industry, energy plants and technical installations where the medium — water, steam, gas, oil or chemicals — places special requirements on pipe materials, welds, flanges and gaskets. We work with stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, hastelloy and thermoplastics.
Welding, inspection and material selection
Welding is the critical factor in process piping systems. Rør System has qualified plumbers and welders certified to NS-EN ISO 9606 and procedures (WPS/WPQR) to NS-EN ISO 15614. We perform TIG welding (GTAW) on stainless steel, MIG/MAG welding on carbon steel and brazing on copper.
We document welds with inspection plans, weld protocols and NDT testing (X-ray, ultrasound, penetrant inspection) where required. All material-traceable deliveries comply with traceability requirements with material inspection certificates (EN 10204 type 3.1/3.2).

Clean room installation and high purity
For systems requiring clean room conditions — pharmaceutical industry, laboratories and food production — Rør System performs top-class installation. We install sanitary piping systems in polished stainless steel (Ra ≤ 0.8 μm) with orbital TIG welding, and document surface finish and cleanliness procedures in accordance with ASME BPE and EHEDG.
All welds are passivated and inspected with a borescope after installation. The piping system undergoes CIP cleaning and validation before commissioning. Documentation is delivered in a format adapted to the client's quality system and regulatory requirements.
